  [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 5, Ed. 1, Tree #0082, Date of Import: 31 Dec 1998] Laurentius Travers, of Nateby and Tulketh, Lancashire Co. (now Lancaster Co.) England. He was the first family member to live at Nateby as well as Tulketh Castle. Nateby refers to farm lands deeded to the family by William Nateby about 1270. Most of the structures on this farm have been destroyed by fire, however part of the main residence still stands, and can be seen in the book, THE TRAVIS (TRAVERS) FAMILY by Major General Robert J.
